I had a decent experience at Ibis Kaunas. Super clean rooms and a great breakfast selection got my day off right. The location near public transport is a huge plus, but be ready for a crowded breakfast area during busy times. it’s solid for a budget stay!

I always thought hotels like Ibis would pamper you, but I was greeted with dust-filled air conditioning and a lack of evening dining options. How wonderful it would have been for management to throw in a complimentary gesture for my troubles, instead of making me feel like just another face in the crowd. Terrible service, could've been better.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is right next to the bus station, which made getting around super easy. We also enjoyed visiting the nearby concert arena and local cafes to experience the nightlife.

We faced a letdown with the breakfast. Even though it was busy, the delay in service made it frustrating. They should really think about better timing to ease the crowd.
